Choose-Your-Own-Adventure: PART 1
The Choose-Your-Own-Adventure mini club is a 3-month mystery yarn club running September through November, inspired by the classic books of our childhood and the imaginative beauty of text adventure writing.
HOW IT WORKS:
With this listing, you will choose the base you want to receive for all 3 months. We all start in the same place with our choose-your-own-adventure story, with the same colorway. In each shipment, a story will be presented that gives you a choice: this, or that? Return to the site the following month to make your story selection, and receive your next shipment of yarn that reflects your new story path and one final story with a choice. For your last and final return to the site, you will make your final selection, and your final shipment will include the colorway reflecting your story's conclusion, and a little extra treat!
PLEASE NOTE:
This is NOT AN AUTOMATED CLUB. Because you make a choice each month, you are responsible for returning to the site to make your choice and check out. Your shipments will include instructions for when and how to return to the site. If you miss your pre-order window, your story ends - I'll send out email reminders before each window opens but I recommend also setting an alarm!
This listing is for the FIRST of 3 installments and your box will include the following:
- a single skein of yarn on the base of your choosing
- a printed card with an image of the colorway’s environment / inspiration on one side, and its corresponding story (with choice) on the other
- a printed card with instructions and link to the listing for your next installment + a password to enter the site to order
- a printed card with a digital coupon code to download the Pontes Shawl

Due to the logistical complexity of this mini club, only one box may be purchased per customer - this will help me keep stories straight, literally! After the conclusion of the club, I will run a pre-order of all colorways so you can grab more of your favorites, or shop the others.

Make me last! Please hand wash in cool water with wool wash and lay flat to dry. Avoid hot water - while all dyes are set before washing and shipping, you don't want to risk any color bleeding!
Due to the nature of hand dyed yarns (and I know that's why you're here), all skeins vary slightly. I've done my best to photograph them in a way that represents what you will be getting as much as possible. If you have any color questions, just ask!
